Crane Operation Trainer

Job description

Responsible for providing theoretical and practical training, assessing operator efficiency, and ensuring safe and effective operations. Tasks include training trainees on mobile forklift operation and safe lifting procedures, evaluating their practical skills and competencies, explaining proper operating techniques and safety practices, providing guidance and correcting errors, conducting assessments and maintaining training records, ensuring activities comply with health, safety, and lifting standards, identifying skill gaps and proposing additional training, and supporting heavy equipment training programs

Requirements

• Good knowledge of forklift safety, lifting operations, and safe operating practices
• experience in operating heavy machinery
• Diploma in Forklift Operation or Forklift Technology or related technical/vocational qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology/Vocational Studies preferred
• Proficiency in English at IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
• TOEFL IBT 60 / Paper-Based 498 / Computer-Based 171
