Sports Facility Manager

Job description

Manage daily operations of clubs including staff scheduling and task allocation. Lead reception, sales, and fitness teams while monitoring performance. Monitor membership sales and renewals to meet targets. Enhance member experience by handling complaints professionally. Manage revenue and expenses, controlling costs in line with pricing policies. Ensure facility readiness and oversee maintenance and safety. Support club growth by coordinating with marketing and preparing periodic performance reports

Requirements

• Current residence in Riyadh
• experience in sports club or health and fitness sector
• experience leading teams and achieving sales targets, increasing and renewing memberships
• ability to monitor revenue and expenses and analyze key performance indicators
• proficiency in CRM systems and mastery of Excel and reporting
• strong communication, organization, problem‑solving and team‑leadership skills
• good knowledge of sports club services, fitness programs and member needs
• fluency in English written and spoken
• strategic planning implementation
• handling customer complaints
• managing sports facility financing
