Nexthink DEX Expert

Job description

This role involves designing and implementing Nexthink DEX solutions and managing and maintaining the platform. It also includes optimizing performance settings and monitoring digital employee experience. Additionally, there will be support for corporate clients, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues, and provision of technical support and guidance related to the platform

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Nexthink platform and digital employee experience
• practical experience in designing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and supporting Nexthink
• experience working in corporate client environments
• strong problem diagnosis and technical support skills
• ability to manage and optimize Nexthink environments independently
• proficiency in Git
