Job description

This role involves working as part of a site-based project team in Riyadh for a main contractor to execute technical duties according to the project's requirements. Responsibilities include executing site works, coordinating across civil, architectural, MEP, and electrical/mechanical disciplines, monitoring quality, productivity, and HSE, as well as managing store operations, inventory, logs, and reporting

Requirements

• Previous Main Contractor experience is required
• Strong preference for candidates with previous experience/approval on ROSHN projects within a Main Contractor team
• Proficiency in Arabic and English suited to the job nature
• Proven experience in major projects
• Power BI is preferred
• High level of organization and accuracy
• Coordination with procurement and the project team
• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering major construction projects for Project Manager position
• Fluent English mandatory for Project Manager
• Excellent English communication skills mandatory for Construction Manager
• Mandatory proficiency in Excel
• Experience in contracting project stores, managing incoming/outgoing inventory, stock, auditing, and reports
• Strong site experience in concrete and finishing works, reading drawings, and managing manpower and subcontractors
• Strong experience in executing and monitoring electrical and mechanical works and coordinating with other site disciplines
