The Project Manager oversees planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects within the defined scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include preparing detailed project plans, defining scope, creating schedules and budgets. Monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to delivery dates and required quality, and communicating effectively with teams, suppliers, and clients. Also preparing periodic reports on project progress, obstacles, and mitigation plans, ensuring equipment availability, applying quality standards, and planning health and safety procedures
