Renewals Team Lead

Job description

Lead the daily team to achieve retention, churn, and renewal revenue goals. Plan daily and weekly work including portfolio, calls, and follow-ups. Manage daily meetings and monthly review sessions with team members. Ensure adherence to renewal processes and quality standards. Manage team attendance, schedules, and leave coverage. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and define improvement plans. Review call quality and update the CRM system. Verify customer health checks at least four times a year
