Indigo developers announces its need for Business Development Manager | Madinah to work in the Madinah region. Key responsibilities include: sales, 5+ years of experience. Location: Madinah / Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Division: Anti termite Treatment, Waterproofing, Insulation and Concrete Treatment Indigo Builders, Madinah is looking for a Technical ger to develop business opportunities in Anti termite Treatment. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and facility-management companies. Conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, preparing quotations and following opportunities through to award and collection. Candidate Profile - The ideal candidate shall have technical qualification in Civil Engineering + Experience in Marketing - 5+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia construction market preferred - Minimum 5 years of marketing/sales experience within the construction industry - Experience in Anti termite Treatment, Waterproofing, Insulation and Concrete Treatment is an advantage - Good knowledge of BOQs, drawings and quotations - Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills - Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) - Existing relationships with contractors, consultants or developers will be a major advantage - Valid Saudi driving license required, candidate must have a personal vehicle (car and fuel allowance provided) Key Responsibilities -Generate new business leads and identify project opportunities -Visit contractors, developers and project sites - Conduct initial site surveys and understand technical requirements - Prepare quotations, proposals and technical/commercial offers - Follow up RFQs, tenders and submitted quotations - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Coordinate with the technical and execution teams - Maintain a database of prospects, projects and follow-ups - Support vendor registrations and prequalification submissions - Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets Compensation: SAR 4,500 - 5,500 basic salary (depending on experience) plus sales commission

Requirements

• · Technical qualification in civil engineering · At least 5 years of marketing/sales experience within the construction sector · Experience in the Saudi market (preferably 5+ years) · Good familiarity with quantity files, drawings and technical proposals · Proficiency in Arabic (speaking and writing) and strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills · Valid Saudi driving license and personal vehicle available for the position
