About the Role the employer Al Mostaqbal Energy Company is looking for a Sales Specialist to join its team. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, evaluating performance, and preparing specialized reports to support the company's sales objectives. The role requires a range of experience, making it a suitable opportunity for up-and-coming sales talent. Main tasks and responsibilities: Study and follow up on market developments to determine and develop marketing objectives and sales methods. Estimating expected sales volume and translating goals into implementable sales plans. Proposing sales policies and following up on their implementation, in addition to developing and evaluating promotional programs. Communicate effectively with customers to identify their problems and needs. Follow up on competitors and their sales programs to avoid potential risks and ensure competitive advantage. Evaluating the performance of sales representatives and the extent to which sales goals are achieved, and proposing the necessary corrective plans and actions. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to sales, and providing appropriate recommendations and solutions. Display, clarify and save reports in the approved database in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Experience ranging from in sales or a related role. Ability to set sales policies, follow up on their implementation, and evaluate results. Strong analytical skills to study the market and set goals. Ability to prepare specialized reports and documents. Work Environment This role requires full-time work at company headquarters.
