Construction Manager

Job description

The manager leads the execution of multiple construction projects, focusing on site operations, technical quality, and subcontractor management. Oversees site engineers and ensures work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, contracts, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinates civil, architectural, finishing works, and mechanical and electrical systems. Monitors project progress, resolves field disputes, studies the sequencing of trades, tracks material requirements, and ensures completion before inspection and handover

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of civil, architectural, and finishing works and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of project schedules, progress monitoring, and recovery planning
• Proficiency in Excel
• Team leadership
• Effective communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• Experience in construction
