The manager oversees debt collection operations and leads the collection team. Develops and implements collection plans, monitors performance, and prepares reports to achieve targets, based on strong knowledge of related strategies, procedures and systems

Requirements

• experience in debt collection
• supervisory or managerial experience of at least 3 years
• strong knowledge of collection strategies, procedures and related systems
• experience managing collection teams and achieving targets
• experience preparing and executing collection plans, monitoring performance and preparing reports
