Job description

IT and telecommunications systems analysts identify system needs to meet end‑user requirements, analyze system functions to determine goals and explore processes and procedures for more efficient achievement. They also design new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity, produce design outlines and estimate costs of new systems, determine the processes the system will execute and how data will be presented to the end‑user. They present designs to users and work closely with them to implement the solution.
