Branch Manager

Job description

Management and operation of medical clinics. Follow up on operational performance. Achieving targets. Participate in setting and preparing the objectives of the branch in light of the directions and strategies of the entity to which it is affiliated, and undertake the management, planning and organization of the work of the branch and its administrative units in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programmes, follow up on all administrative operations related to the branch, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure the conduct of its daily operations

Requirements

• Saudi nationality only
• Previous experience in managing and operating medical clinics, preferably dental and dermatology clinics
• Experience in managing teams, monitoring performance and achieving targets
• Ability to monitor performance indicators and operational reports
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of service quality standards and patient experience
• University qualification only
