Job description

The Product Manager role involves managing the product lifecycle, developing business plans, and establishing communication strategies. The manager assists the executive director in planning and implementing department or unit policies and procedures. They coordinate between teams, monitor daily performance, and make quick operational decisions to ensure business effectiveness. Acting as a link between senior management and employees, they contribute to improving service quality and achieving organizational goals
