the employer (the employer) is a leading joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco delivering world‑class program management services across Saudi Arabia. The company seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead complex, high‑value procurement packages in a fast‑paced, multi‑asset environment, covering procurement planning, market engagement, tendering, evaluation, award and contract finalization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
• hands‑on proficiency with SAP Ariba
• knowledge of Fiori and Sirion (preferred)
• minimum 15 years relevant procurement management experience in mega or large‑scale complex design and construction programs
• deep knowledge of enterprise‑level software such as SAP Ariba or similar systems
• expert knowledge of procurement legislation and its practical application
• prior experience in KSA/Middle East (preferred)
• excellent written and verbal English skills
• outstanding leadership and team management abilities
• ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• expertise in procurement software like Prism, SAP and Ariba
• ability to foster flexibility and adapt to changing business requirements.
