the employer in the Middle East are seeking an experienced Senior to Principal Hydrogeology Engineer to join our growing P&B Ground Engineering team in Riyadh, KSA. The role will provide technical leadership across groundwater projects, lead multidisciplinary coordination, and deliver high-quality hydrogeological assessments and groundwater management and control solutions. Responsibilities include project management, technical leadership, and implementation of dewatering and groundwater control solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hydrogeology, Civil Engineering (Water Resources), or a related field
• 6–12 years of experience in hydrogeological engineering, groundwater modelling, dewatering design, and groundwater management
• Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing experience
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and successfully deliver complex groundwater projects
• Demonstrable experience delivering hydrogeology and groundwater projects in KSA or the wider Middle East, ideally across major infrastructure, buildings, or large-scale development programmes.
