Job description

Tasks and responsibilities: - Supervising the operation and maintenance of electrical systems in buildings and facilities and ensuring their efficiency and continuity of operation. - Follow up on the maintenance of distribution panels, lighting, backup generators, and uninterruptible power systems (UPS). - Supervising elevator maintenance work, following up on their readiness, and addressing malfunctions in coordination with specialized companies. - Preparing and reviewing preventive and corrective maintenance plans and following up on their implementation. - Analyzing recurring malfunctions and proposing appropriate technical solutions. - Follow up on operation and maintenance contractors and verify their compliance with technical specifications and schedules. - Review inspection and test reports and follow up on closing technical notes. - Follow up on periodic inspections of elevators and their associated safety systems. - Review the needs of spare parts and materials and ensure they comply with specifications. - Preparing periodic technical reports on the condition of equipment, malfunctions, and completing maintenance work. - Adherence to safety procedures and coordination with project management and technical teams. Qualifications and requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university. - Practical experience in operating and maintaining electrical systems and supervising elevator maintenance. - Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, control diagrams and technical manuals. - Knowledge of electrical protection and control systems, elevator components and their safety systems. - Familiarity with the Saudi code and relevant technical specifications and standards. - The ability to follow up contractors and evaluate the quality of maintenance work. - Proficiency in preparing technical reports and using Microsoft Office programs. - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred. - Ejad The English language within the scope of artistic work. - Professional accreditation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
