Job description

The role involves performing inline testing to ensure specifications are met. Responsibilities include conducting required inline tests, attending job start‑up and approving dispatch samples for laboratory testing, completing the Quality Control Inspection Report (QCIR) to document findings, initiating internal rejections for out‑of‑spec products with a “Hold” tag and moving them to quarantine, submitting the IR report to the relevant section head after QC Unit Head approval, and labeling the hold product with appropriate tags after IR finalization.

Requirements

• proficient in performing required inline testing
• proficient in attending job start‑up and approving dispatch samples for lab testing
• proficient in filling Quality Control Inspection Report (QCIR)
• proficient in initiating internal rejections and labeling with "Hold"
• proficient in submitting IR reports after QC Unit Head approval
