QA/QC Engineer (Site Supervision)

In Riyadh, the QA/QC Engineer will oversee on‑site quality assurance and control activities, ensuring all work meets established standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role includes supervising QA/QC operations, conducting inspections, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with project teams to uphold the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in QA/QC inspection and site‑based quality control activities
• Proven experience in site supervision or supervisory roles within construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and specifications relevant to the industry
• Proficiency in quality testing and inspection methodologies and procedures
• Excellent technical documentation and report writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify quality issues with precision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency with inspection tools, equipment, and quality management software
• Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying and resolving quality concerns
• Preferred: Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ASQ, or equivalent)
• Preferred: Experience with quality management information systems and digital documentation tools
• Preferred: Project management experience or familiarity with project coordination.
