Job description

In the Middle East, the employer employs 3,500 staff across 8 countries and has delivered over 700 complex development projects, adhering to deadlines and quality standards under the guidance of the Project Architect, Senior Architect or Design Manager. The architect participates in concept design, graphical models, drawings and reports, collaborates on complex design challenges to ensure technical feasibility, develops BIM models and design documents, and applies building codes and material requirements. The role is accountable for task delivery within target dates, maintaining design quality, and efficient use of project man‑hours. Requires fluent spoken and written communication, active participation in meetings and workshops, fostering a collaborative office environment, adhering to company ethics, and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with solid experience
• 0 to 3 years of experience in architectural design
• prior training or co‑op experience in architectural design
• strong understanding of architectural design principles
• excellent written and spoken communication
• proficient in BIM process, implementation and workflows
