Requirements

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
• 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
• proficient in collaborating with off‑property sales channels
• proficient in building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers
• proficient in developing community relationships
• proficient in managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• proficient in providing accurate turnover to Event Management
• proficient in participating in sales calls to acquire new business or close deals
• proficient in supporting operational aspects such as proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence
• proficient in identifying new business to achieve revenue goals
• knowledgeable about market trends, competitors, economic conditions, supply and demand
• proficient in assisting to close opportunities based on market conditions
• knowledgeable about target customers and service expectations
• proficient in supporting service and relationship strategy to drive loyalty
• proficient in executing customer service standards and delivering excellent service
• proficient in setting a positive example for guest relations and collecting feedback.
