Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and passionate individual to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to introduce customers to our products and services; build and develop sustainable relationships with existing and potential customers; achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports; understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions; follow up on financial collections and coordinate supply requests with the Operations department; stay abreast of market trends and competitors to maintain a leading position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ability to work in a field environment covering assigned territory
• personable with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• willingness to learn and continuously improve sales techniques
• excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills
• ability to work collaboratively in a team
• proficient in basic office applications
• strong time management and task organization
