Clinical Manager

Job description

The Clinical Manager for Middle East and Africa leads and develops the regional clinical team, ensuring high-quality clinical education, support, and strategic alignment with commercial goals. The role drives clinical excellence, builds customer confidence, and supports integration of Invisalign and iTero systems through targeted training and relationship management. Manages clinical liaisons, relations, and education specialists, overseeing onboarding, performance development, and succession planning. Aligns with EMEA-wide clinical strategies and local commercial leaders, collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance product adoption. Monitors clinical KPIs, leads change initiatives, and ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Degree in Dentistry
• postgraduate education in Orthodontics or Healthcare Management preferred
• 6+ years of directly related people management experience
• experience in clinical education, team management, and cross-functional collaboration
• fluent in English and Arabic
• strategic thinking and stakeholder management
• strong communication and leadership presence
• ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
• data-driven decision-making and process orientation
