Job description

The Home Health Care (HHC) program provides, supervises, educates, and supports care for King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre patients in their own homes to promote their physical, psychological, and social well‑being. The program covers long‑term cases such as palliative, end‑of‑life, home mechanically ventilated, home hemodialysis, home parenteral nutrition, home enzyme replacement patients, and others as directed by hospital administration. It also covers short‑term cases admitted for one to six months and discharged once the specific objective is met

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• At least two years' recent acute nursing experience
• Current or recent experience matching the ward/unit applied for
