Field Service Technician

Job description

We are the employer, a global leader in commercializing autonomous vehicle technology, deploying Autonomous Haulage Systems that automate operations in mines, quarries, and construction sites worldwide. The Field Service Technician is a hands-on role responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Pronto's autonomous haulage technology across a range of customer mine sites. You will install, commission, and troubleshoot autonomous retrofit kits on heavy-duty mining equipment at active open-pit sites. You will work on customer sites as part of a deployment crew, often as the sole technical presence. You will carry out scheduled maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in installation, preventive maintenance, and repair
• proficiency in working in field environments
• knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles and mining equipment
• based in Riyadh
