Merchandiser

Job description

The merchandiser, as part of the sales team, aims to maximize the employer product shelf presence in all served outlets. Adheres to planograms for on‑ and off‑shelf displays and reports any non‑compliance to the supervisor. Provides the supervisor with latest market information to capture selling opportunities. Responsibilities: call on outlets according to daily journey plan; merchandize SSFL products at various access points, shelves, stands and floor displays; place POS material next to SSFL displays; ensure all access points follow approved planograms; rotate stock using FIFO and remove sub‑standard items; maintain clean, fresh stock on shelves; monitor and report competitive activities; report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned outlets; submit daily activity report to supervisor; participate in sampling/redemption campaigns as required; maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior per Frito‑Lay code of conduct
