About the role The the employer Institute for Tourism and Hospitality is looking for a sales representative to join its team in Jazan. This full-time role focuses on building strong customer relationships, delivering effective sales presentations, managing sales from start to finish, as well as pursuing debt collection. Main tasks and responsibilities: Collect data and specifications related to the products and services provided by the institute. Preparing and updating a comprehensive database of current and potential customers. Communicating with customers and visiting them to present sales offers and review product specifications and competitive advantages. Verifying prices, granting discounts within the specified authorities, completing sales operations, writing invoices, and collecting amounts. Following up on collecting customer debts, registering and documenting them, then submitting them to the Finance Department. Preparing and submitting periodic work reports, documenting and archiving them. Qualifications and Experience: 0 to 1 year experience in sales or related role. Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Required Skills Strong organizational skills to manage customer databases and reports. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making skills within specified authorities. Adherence to deadlines and accuracy in preparing reports. Work Environment This position is full-time and based in Jazan City. The representative will work within the sales team, focusing on achieving set goals and contributing to the growth of the institute.
