A Day in the Life You ensure the right products reach shelves at the right time, balancing high service rates with optimal inventory levels. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you act as the vital link between commercial demand and physical operations across our global network of 36 plants and 158 fulfillment centres. Build and fine-tune entity supply plans based on validated forecasts, establishing precise inventory parameters for cost, volume, and service targets. Anticipate logistical bottlenecks and mitigate shortage risks by partnering closely with manufacturing sites and logistics leads on capacity constraints. Monitor weekly KPIs-including out-of-stock rates, service levels, and stock days-taking rapid, proactive action to resolve supply imbalances. Manage inventory health by actively reducing obsolete and slow-moving stock, upholding our 'L'Oréal for the Future' waste-reduction targets. Drive process improvements and modern planning tools within the team, embedding best practices across the local supply chain community
