The role of Stockyard Operations Supervisor involves supervising and managing the daily activities and performance of the operation teams on assigned plans, including vehicle receiving at the distribution center, pulling vehicles to the accessorization plant, vehicle picking for dispatch, and vehicle delivery from the distribution center to customers and wholesalers. The position also requires coordination with other functions in the Vehicle Logistics Division, such as planning and inventory management.

Requirements

• Requirements: College level or equivalent
• 5 years of experience
• Job-specific skills, including supervisor and leadership skills
• Languages: English and Arabic
• Special certifications/membership: Toyota Way, TBP, MS Office Basic
• Competencies: Ensures Accountability, Plans & Aligns, Focuses on the customer, Learns Through Reflection, Fosters Collaboration.
