Bartender

Job description

The Bartender prepares and serves cocktails, wines, and premium spirits while delivering a refined and engaging guest experience. The role requires strong mixology skills, product knowledge, and the ability to create personalized, memorable interactions. The Bartender will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty beverages according to exact recipes and standards, develop signature cocktails and provide tailored beverage recommendations based on guest preferences, and deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service throughout guest interactions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high‑volume or luxury hospitality environment
• strong knowledge of the employer cocktails, mixology techniques, wines, beers, and spirits
• understanding of bar operations, stock control, and service procedures
• familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes
• certification in food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service as required by local regulations
• training in hospitality or mixology is an advantage
• excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills
• strong mixology skills with attention to detail
• ability to work efficiently under pressure
• sales‑driven mindset with strong upselling abilities
• teamwork and collaboration across bar and floor operations
• high level of organization and cleanliness
• problem‑solving and calm decision‑making
