The Spa and Wellness Director leads the vision and operating experience for Tierra Santa Healing House - The Red Sea, a South American-inspired retreat that fuses ancient healing rituals with modern technologies to elevate guests' well-being. Defines the Wellness strategy and aligns with the employer brand standards. He guides a multidisciplinary team of therapists, spiritual and artistic therapists. Oversees spa operations, spa, wet areas, treatment rooms, consultation spaces, and wellness programs. Ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, atmosphere and service rituals. Implements operating procedures and treatment protocols. He develops a menu of treatments that includes shamanic wisdom, energy healing, somatic practices, indigenous ingredients, and advanced technology. He designs personal wellness journeys, longevity programs, and seasonal rituals. Monitors guest satisfaction and drives continuous improvement. Establishes department budgets, revenue forecasts, cost controls, and performance indicators. Promotes financial success through therapeutic optimization, retail strategy, membership initiatives, and program innovation. Analyzes business trends and creates new offerings to maximize profitability and enhance competitive position
