You will plan and design architectural projects in accordance with technical and aesthetic standards and client requirements, with attention to quality and sustainability. Main tasks and responsibilities 1. Collect project requirements, prepare designs, select materials, and set specifications 2. Create and analyze initial design models and make the necessary modifications 3. Ensure that designs are compatible with regulations, secretariat requirements, and approved standards 4. Prepare plans using modern specialized design programs 5. Present design concepts to clients and benefit from their feedback 6. Coordinate and review work with other design departments to ensure integration of outputs 7. Submitting periodic reports and adhering to quality and safety policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in architecture. Practical experience in architectural design. Proficiency in drawing, engineering design, and spatial planning programs. Develop policies, procedures and plans for operating the technical office and follow up on deviations 2. Review and audit departmental outputs and verify their accuracy before approval or delivery 4. Follow up on project progress, coordinate between departments, and solve problems 5. Estimate costs in cooperation with relevant engineers and follow up on expenses 6. Direct and develop the team and contribute to attracting competencies 7. Follow up on performance indicators and submit periodic reports to senior management Bachelor’s degree in a related specialty Administrative experience in a related field Knowledge of building codes, quality standards, and review of technical outputs Strong skills in management, coordination, decision-making, and problem solving Job Vacancy: Interior Design Engineer We are looking for a creative interior design engineer to join the design department. You will design and develop interior spaces for residential and commercial projects to meet the aesthetic and functional requirements and client needs. 1. Prepare interior designs, including space planning, selection of materials, colors, furniture, and lighting. 2. Develop design ideas, inspiration boards (Mood Boards), and material boards and present them to clients. 3. Prepare shop drawings and 3D designs using approved design software. 4. Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and construction teams to ensure design integrity. 5. Prepare schedules of materials and specifications.
