This unique project consists of a master mixed-use development including sports, entertainment and arts facilities as well as all associated infrastructure. the employer is one of the delivery partners in need of highly qualified and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout every phase of the project. You will be responsible for: upholding safety first values, confidently enforcing stop-work authority and promoting welfare standards. Demonstrate leadership behaviors consistent with organizational values, mentoring and coaching junior employees. Continuously implement and improve risk frameworks, registers, dashboards and reporting processes. Facilitate risk workshops, reviews and assessments to identify, evaluate and mitigate project risks. Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk controls into plans, schedules and budgets. Ensure high quality risk data, compliance with best practices, and proactive monitoring of changing risk profiles. Works collaboratively to achieve the shared goal of a net carbon transition to zero, sharing responsibility for actively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery. You will need to have: A certificate or diploma in risk management, engineering or project management. Membership is preferred Duration or recognized professional certificate. 10+ years of experience leading risks on major projects, ideally in Saudi Arabia/Middle East. Strong experience in risk tools, analytics and stakeholder collaboration. Necessary visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high value projects/programmes for project management consulting work, which is required for immigration and client approval.
