Position The Applications Specialist is responsible for ensuring superior application support and optimal customer experience. This role includes providing end-to-end application and software assistance for the assigned product group in close collaboration with sales and field service personnel to deliver high value service solutions. Additional responsibilities include implementing the employer's global application standards, maintaining rigorous case reporting and follow-up protocols, and collaborating with Sales to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Your Responsibilities Provide high-quality, consistent application support aligned with evolving client requirements and strategic business objectives. Provide industry leading support using established systems and methodology to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Engage in continuous professional development to maintain strong expertise across all assigned product lines. Ensure continuous operational coverage during core and extended business hours in accordance with contractual SLAs. Proactively formulate and implement strategic initiatives based on customer satisfaction metrics and ongoing stakeholder feedback. Formal system operation and configuration procedure Technical and user instructions. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemistry or equivalent is required. At least two years of practical applied experience in the IVD or medical device industry. Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic is a plus, or any spoken language on the market.
