Maintenance Supervisor — Stations Maintenance

We are the employer, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Maintenance Supervisor · Stations Maintenance in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a qualified professional with at least four years of relevant experience in station maintenance operations and a strong command of English. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, coordinating technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and maintaining operational safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned station facilities. • Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime. • Inspect mechanical, electrical, and station infrastructure systems to identify maintenance requirements. • Guide maintenance technicians in troubleshooting equipment faults and completing repairs. • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reliability. • Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and work completion documentation. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and applicable maintenance standards. • Coordinate with station operations teams to address breakdowns and urgent maintenance needs.
