Senior Service Technician

Job description

Performs basic preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing. Works with a mentor to achieve high customer satisfaction through direct contact. Explains facts, policies, and practices to internal and external parties. Corrects or resolves issues in existing systems and makes minor changes. Utilizes specialized knowledge of commercial, technical, or trade operations. Acts as an individual contributor without leadership responsibilities. Knowledge application is limited to locations within the country or neighboring countries with similar culture.

Requirements

• 2‑year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Associate or Technical Degree
• minimum 4 years experience
• proficient in explaining facts and policies to internal and external parties
• experience correcting issues and making minor changes
• specialized knowledge of commercial or technical operations
• ability to work as an individual contributor
• narrow domestic knowledge application
