You will be responsible for overseeing all project phases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives. Responsibilities:\*\* \* Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. \* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. \* Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. \* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed. \* Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met. \* Form, motivate, and manage high-performing project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. \* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors. \* Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and clients. \* Ensure projects adhere to the employer's quality standards, methodologies, and best practices. \* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project management. \* Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong client relationships. \* Oversee the procurement and management of third-party vendors and contractors when necessary. \* Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications:\*\* \* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
