Job description

Join a hotel that is a member of another company network, which includes over 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations. The role focuses on reviewing, verifying, and reconciling all revenue transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Duties include auditing daily revenue reports, reconciling cash and credit card payments, reviewing billing and corrections, verifying room and F&B revenue, investigating discrepancies, preparing daily income audit reports, ensuring compliance with internal controls, supporting month‑end closing, and coordinating with front office, food & beverage, and finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Diploma in Accounting or Hospitality Management is an advantage
• 2–4+ years experience in auditing, accounting or hotel finance
• strong understanding of revenue accounting and internal control procedures
• knowledge of hotel systems such as POS, PMS and financial reporting tools
• familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliation and reporting
