Job description

A premier Saudi Arabian entertainment and hospitality company owned by another company founded in 1997 as the nation’s first athlete representation agency, has now evolved into a global developer of iconic destinations and spectacular live experiences. The Warehouse Manager will work in a fast-paced, bespoke environment that involves building custom event sets, props, furniture, and structures. Unlike standard distribution, this role requires managing raw materials (wood, metal, foam, textiles) alongside high-value finished, fragile event assets, and managing tight, project-based deadlines. Warehouse Manager will be a highly organized with hands-on experience to oversee the daily operations of our event fabrication workshop. The ideal candidate will manage the receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished custom builds, ensuring that props, furniture, and event structures are securely stored and delivered on time to job sites. He will maintain inventory accuracy, lead the warehouse team, and ensure a safe, efficient working environment, collaborating closely with installation and project managers to meet tight project deadlines. • Logistics & Project Coordination: Coordinate with workshop managers to plan for inbound and outbound materials. • Inventory & Stock Control: Manage, track, and conduct regular audits of stock levels for raw materials (lumber, metal, foam, fabric), consumables, inventory of custom-built, rental, or reusable event assets, and spare parts. • Storage & Facility Management: Implement and optimize storage layouts for large-scale, unique, or fragile event pieces to maximize space and ensure easy access. • Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming raw materials for quality and quantity, and oversee the packing, loading, and secure transport of finished goods to project locations. • Team Leadership & Safety: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment (including tool maintenance). • Equipment Operation: Oversee the operation of machinery, including forklifts, high-reach vehicles, and pallet jacks to load/unload trucks. • Record Keeping: Maintain digital inventory records, delivery documentation, and project tracking reports
