Our client is a leading Real Estate Investment Company with an excellent reputation across the region. We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to be based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance • At least 8 years’ experience • Industry experience in real estate, investments, hospitality, general businesses, groups, holding or non profit • Open to Saudi Nationals and Arab nationals - based in Madinah/ Makkah now COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • Salary 14k SAR per month base salary (Plus 25% accommodation, 10% transport, medical insurance) About this profession: A Chief Accountant is a vital pillar in the financial management of organizations in the Saudi labor market, supervising the preparation of financial statements and ensuring record accuracy according to locally approved accounting standards. They direct the accounting team, review daily entries, and manage bank reconciliations to ensure compliance with tax and Zakat regulations. Furthermore, they play a crucial role in providing financial reports to senior management to support decision-making and develop financial policies. Typical duties of this profession: • Supervise the preparation of periodic financial statements and reports. • Review daily journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts. • Ensure full compliance with tax, Zakat regulations, and accounting standards. • Direct and monitor the accounting team to ensure operational accuracy

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Skill: Advanced practical experience in accounting and budgeting
• Skill: Certified Professional Associate such as SOCPA or equivalent if applicable
• Skill: Preparing financial statements
• Skill: Accounting systems (such as SAP or Oracle)
• Skill: Managing accounting teams
• Location: Medina area
