Job description

SLS The Red Sea is a luxury lifestyle resort featuring 150 keys, five F&B venues, and a spa sanctuary. As Credit Manager, you will play a key role in protecting the hotel's financial health by managing credit operations, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong relationships with guests and business partners. Working closely with Finance, Sales, Events, and Front Office teams, key responsibilities include assessing credit risks, managing outstanding balances, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and financial regulations, reviewing and approving credit applications, establishing credit limits with the Director of Finance, preparing monthly credit reports, aging summaries, and bad debt provisions, maintaining records using Opera, Sun Systems, and Micros, supporting audits, and providing guidance and training to relevant departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel accounting or finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Previous experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality is preferred
• Strong knowledge of credit control, accounts receivable, collections, and financial reporting
• Good understanding of IFRS, Saudi financial regulations, and internal financial controls
• Experience with hotel financial systems such as Opera, Sun Systems, and Micros
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity
