Lead Quality Control Inspector

Job Description Define and set KPIs to measure and monitor the quality control process to ensure products are produced at the highest level of quality to meet the highest level of satisfaction of our customers. Operate all required production machine steps and activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable. Understands and effectively uses standard equipment, office automation systems and software, inspects or measures pre-specified machine and process parameters in various quality control laboratories, using simple to complex laboratory equipment, against performance and standard limits and in accordance with engineering/procedural standards in order to detect and address deviations from required specifications and standard limits and use data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet these specifications/standards. Inspect and test tools, parts, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products using simple to complex laboratory equipment, against standard performance and limits and in accordance with engineering/procedural standards in order to detect and address deviations. Conduct or direct root cause analyzes (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions.
