Your opportunity We are looking for M The Fire and Rescue Service Operations Manager who will support the Fire and Rescue Service Manager in the leadership and operational delivery of the employer's Fire and Rescue Service contracts including FRS tender resolution across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task, manage different tasks, and communicate well. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritization skills. The role is based in Saudi Arabia, with travel across Saudi Arabia as required to support the employer Fire and Rescue Service contracts and operational priorities. Key Responsibilities • Contract and Operational Support - Provide operational support to the most senior FRS employee on assigned contracts, ensuring effective service delivery and achievement of contractual objectives. • Customer Relationship Management - Support strong customer relationships, provide operational leadership and ensure customer expectations and service requirements are consistently met. • Contract Risk Management - Lead the management and review of contract risk registers, ensuring key risks are identified, mitigated, monitored and escalated appropriately. • Subcontractor performance - Oversee subcontractor performance against contractual requirements, KPIs, service standards and agreed improvement actions. • Health, Safety and Compliance - Provide oversight of health, safety and compliance performance, ensuring management inspections, audits and corrective actions are completed and maintained to required standards. • Operational Performance - Monitor contract performance and operational delivery, identify issues, trends and opportunities for improvement and progress M appropriate recommendations for leading the contract. • New Contract Mobilization - Serve as operational lead for new FRS contract mobilization, coordinating operational readiness, resources, processes, equipment, and deployment to ensure successful mobilization and transition to service.
