Business Development Coordinator

Job description

This is an internal role for Kanz Support business development activities by researching prospects, assisting in lead generation, coordinating outreach, and helping manage pipeline to drive partnerships and revenue growth. Job Duties and Responsibilities • Build lead lists for target accounts • Support outreach and follow-up cadences • Assist deal tracking and pipeline updates • Coordinate meetings and partnership discovery • Report weekly BD insights and outcomes

Requirements

• Required Qualifications
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Business/Marketing/Economics
• Basic understanding of sales or business development concepts
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use spreadsheets and CRM tools
• Internship or project experience in sales/BD preferred
• CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Spreadsheet analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Research tools (LinkedIn, databases)
• Email outreach tools (e.g., Outreach/GMass)
• Proactive, self-driven attitude
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Customer and relationship focus
• Team collaboration and reliability
