Job description

The Fashion Consultant is responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews. Build client relationships using an omnichannel approach. Provide pre‑buy feedback on products. Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture. Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures. Ensure click‑and‑collect is performed within service‑level agreements. Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements. Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on app offerings. Support in‑store marketing events and activations, monitor brand social media campaigns, drive sell‑throughs, support CX initiatives and provide input on store performance

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a luxury fashion brand
• proficient in English (intermediate to fluent)
