Retail Host

Job description

The Retail Host role delivers an exceptional guest experience across all Miraval retail outlets. Greet guests, assess needs, and provide informed product recommendations. Use suggestive selling techniques to meet sales targets. Operate the POS system handling cash, credit, and room charges. Manage inventory by receiving, pricing, storing merchandise and conducting regular counts. Maintain store visual standards and restock floors. Support the team by attending meetings and acting as backup sales assistant when needed.

• Patience and strong customer service skills
• Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to perform multiple tasks independently and prioritize
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year retail experience (preferred)
• Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations (advantage)
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk 95% of shift
• Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, and use ladders
• Ability to work an 8‑hour shift.
