Store Manager

Job description

Shop managers are responsible for activities and staff in specialised shops. Typical duties of this profession: • Supervise the setting of the store objectives and operational plans, develop and coordinate the operational procedures of its employees, define and distribute tasks and responsibilities assigned to them. • General supervision of the performance of the store, follow-up of daily activities, ensure the provision of support and information to the teams and the resources necessary to carry out these activities and ensure that they meet the approved quality standards. • Monitor the grade and quantities of various goods and commodities in the store and coordinate with the concerned authorities in order to execute the necessary purchase orders in line with the quantities and specifications. • Monitor the compliance of the store employees with the directives and tasks assigned to them and ensure that they perform it effectively. • Ensure that the store management implements all related laws and decisions and communicates with employees to enhance their understanding and inform them about all the updates
