As we continue our rapid growth trajectory in an exciting and dynamic market, we are looking for outstanding players to join our team. **Role Overview** As a **Partnership Specialist**, you will manage and grow the employer's strategic partnerships, bringing a structured approach to managing multiple partnership projects simultaneously. You will be the primary point of contact for our partners, coordinating internally across teams to deliver on commitments and identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships. **What you'll do** * Manage and grow a range of strategic partnerships, acting as a key point of contact and driving partner engagement. * Oversee multiple partnership initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables and internal stakeholders are aligned. * Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and deepen cooperation. * Professionally represent the employer to partners and external stakeholders. * Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, product, and engineering teams to deliver on partnership commitments. * Track partnership performance, maintain accurate records, and report on progress and results. * Bring structure and discipline to partnership management through clear processes, ownership and follow-up. **What we're looking for** * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field. * A native Arabic speaker with a Saudi accent and professional English. * Strong sales, relationship management, communications and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of existing partnerships Growing. * Highly organized and disciplined and able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines using CRM or project tracking tools. * Professional, confident and comfortable representing the brand to partners and external stakeholders. **Why join us? ** * Be part of an innovative, high-growth technology startup. * Work in a collaborative, mission-driven culture with hands-on exposure to innovative AI products. * Take ownership, grow and make a real impact through real-world challenges
