We are looking to recruit experienced and dynamic Hotel General Managers for multiple hotel properties across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar. The role involves leading overall hotel operations, ensuring financial performance, operational excellence, exceptional guest satisfaction, and effective team management

Requirements

• experience in hotel management
• ability to develop and monitor financial and operational plans
• preparation of annual budgets and business plans
• recommending capital improvements to enhance hotel assets and brand loyalty
• overseeing superior guest service delivery and handling complaints and requests
• maintaining product quality and service standards
• establishing preventive maintenance programs to protect hotel assets
• developing marketing opportunities and sales strategies to increase revenue
• overseeing execution of marketing plans and yield management to boost RevPAR and occupancy
• optimizing banquet/outlet space usage and other revenue streams such as IT and rentals
• collaborating with regional corporate office for optimal productivity
• liaising with government authorities to ensure legislative compliance
• driving colleague development initiatives to improve operational and service performance
• building community relationships and managing media inquiries
• overseeing security functions to ensure a safe environment
• establishing proactive HR functions for motivation, training, compensation, and policy compliance
• fostering a positive work environment with mentorship
• operating safely and environmentally responsibly with focus on guest and colleague health and safety
