Business Analyst - Graduate Program, Strategy and Transformation

Job description

As a Business Analyst in FTI Consulting's Graduate Program you will join the Strategy & Transformation team delivering practical solutions. You will conduct in‑depth research, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and synthesize findings into clear presentations and reports. You will actively participate in client and internal meetings and support project execution from planning to implementation. The role requires strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and effective teamwork under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation in 2026
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire program
• Ability to travel to client sites and the employer offices
• Availability to join the 1‑year program starting February or September 2027
• Preferred majors: Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Logical and lateral thinker with intellectual curiosity
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence in an international environment
• Team player with cultural awareness in diverse settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interest in strategy consulting across the employer’s industry focus areas
