Lead Program Manager - Professional Services

Job description

This is an opportunity for one of the top software delivery roles in the employer Professional Services. You will lead the largest, most strategic and complex programs for clients in the Middle East and be the single point of responsibility for all the employer delivers across the program. You co-lead programs with customer program leadership, bringing together multiple the employer service structures, business, partner and customer teams across a unified operating model. Establishes governance, business discipline and delivery cadence to ensure the program is healthy and focused on measurable value for the customer. Responsible for overall program leadership as a single point of responsibility for the employer's delivery across complex, multi-workstream transformation programs, partnering with the customer's program leader and defining decision rights and a unified escalation path. Accelerates program rollout, establishes operating model, core team, integrated roadmap, quarterly plan, shared value portfolio, risk management, decision book, capability plan, governance forums and scoring systems. She leads the the employer core team, project managers, and workflow leaders, integrating delivery, architecture, customer success, transformation, change, and value, ensuring clarity of ownership, customer counterparties, dependencies, plans, and acceptance guides for each workflow. It brings together the customer experience, creative, and production teams as one software, and orchestrates capabilities such as the employer Experience Platform, the employer Experience Manager, the employer Firefly, and Firefly Foundry in collaboration with sales, professional services, value, enterprise architecture, product, engineering, and strategic partner teams.
